Appointment Policy

Booking & Deposits

How do I book an appointment?
Appointments can be booked online through our Booking tab or by calling us at (770) 237-0037.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A $25 non-refundable deposit per appointment is required to secure your booking.

  • Deposits are applied toward your service total at checkout.

  • Deposits may be transferred once if you reschedule at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

 Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

 

Cancelling or rescheduling

We kindly require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Appointments cancelled within 48 hours will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

  • If no deposit was collected, the salon reserves the right to charge up to the full value of the scheduled service, in accordance with our booking policy.

  • A new deposit is required to rebook after a late cancellation.

  • Cancellations made outside of the cancellation window may be eligible for a deposit refund to the original payment method, at the salon’s discretion.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time to ensure the best experience.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, please call the salon.

  • We will do our best to accommodate you; however, your service may be shortened or rescheduled.

  • If rescheduled due to lateness, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation, and applicable fees may apply.

 

No-shows

A no-show occurs when you fail to arrive for your appointment without notice.

  • Your deposit will be forfeited.

  • You authorize the salon to charge the remaining balance of the scheduled service (up to the full appointment value, less any deposit paid).

  • A new deposit will be required for all future bookings.

Group Appointments

For group bookings, if any member of the group fails to arrive on time or does not show, the salon reserves the right to charge the service value for the missing guest(s) (less any deposit already paid).

Salon-Initiated Cancellations

If the salon must cancel your appointment, your deposit will either be:

  • Credited back to the original payment method, or

  • Applied toward a future booking.

 

Important Notes

  • By booking an appointment, you authorize Hi Texture Hair Salon to charge the card on file for any applicable cancellation, no-show, or late fees in accordance with this policy.

  • Booking fees, deposits, and charges are processed through our booking partner.

  • The salon is not responsible for cancellations due to personal circumstances, illness, weather, or other unforeseen events.

 

Preparing for Your Appointment​

How should I arrive for my appointment?

  • Please remove braids, twists, weaves, and extensions before your visit.

  • A $50+ fee applies for removal or excessive detangling.

  • For consultations, chemical services, or a TextureCut, arrive with your hair in a natural “Wash N Go” state—detangled, free of excessive products, and hanging loosely.

How should I prepare for a TextureCut?
Arrive with your curls detangled, dry, and in their natural “Wash N Go” state. Avoid ponytails, clips, or updos.

 

Extensions

Can I bring my own extensions?For quality and liability reasons, we only install extensions purchased through the salon.
A consultation is required prior to booking any extension service.

Products & Services

Can I bring my own products?

We do not accept outside products.
To ensure consistency and quality, we exclusively use professional brands including MoroccanOil, DevaCurl, Design Essentials, and Influance Hair Care.

 

 Guests, Children & Environment

Can I bring my child or a guest?

  • Children are welcome only if they have an appointment.

  • Please do not bring additional guests, as seating is limited.

Can I use my phone during services?
We kindly ask that you silence phone use during your service to maintain a relaxing environment.

Payments & Guarantees

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, debit, and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AmEx).

​

What if I’m not satisfied with my service?
Please let us know before leaving the salon so we can make adjustments. We do not offer refunds or redos once you’ve left.
