TEXTURE CHIC 

MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

The TextureChic Membership (“TextureChic”) is a loyalty program offered by Hi Texture Salon LLC ("Hi Texture Salon") to its most valued customers. These terms and conditions form the agreement between each customer that participates in TextureChic (known as a "Member") and Hi Texture Salon with respect to TextureChic. Hi Texture Salon reserves the right to change these terms and conditions or to adopt additional rules, regulations, policies, or procedures ("Related Rules") affecting TextureChic and to terminate TextureChic or a Member's membership in TextureChic at any time for any reason without prior written notice. By participating in TextureChic, Member agrees to these terms and conditions and Related Rules. Each Member is responsible for remaining knowledgeable about TextureChic’s terms and conditions and Related Rules, which can be found at https://www.HiTexturehair.com/membership/.

Members agree to pay a monthly fee to participate in TextureChic. Prices vary by service option and can be found at https://www.HiTexturehair.com/membership/. Membership in TextureChic entitles each Member to a variety of benefits, including the following:

• 2 services per month

• Preferred recurring appointment time

• Moisture hydration treatment 

• Split end management

• 10% off all retail products

• 10% added services (not included membership

•  Access to member only content

• 1 free anniversary appointment

• Gratuities on services are not included in the monthly price

Discounts on products and tools apply to in-store purchases only. Discounts and membership services are non-transferrable and can only be used by Member. To redeem membership services and/or discounts, Members must provide their name and identify themselves as a TextureChic member. Any attempt to transfer benefits under TextureChic may result in automatic cancellation of membership. Hi Texture Salon reserves the right to request proper identification from a Member before providing discounts or services under TextureChic.

Members also agree to allow Hi Texture Salon to communicate via mail, email, phone (including text messages), external websites and various other channels. Hi Texture Salon may use these channels to communicate with Member about account status, program changes, Related Rules, special offers or promotions, or other matters Hi Texture Salon believes may be of interest to Member.

Memberships require an initial 180-day contract term.  The term of the contract is in force from the Contract Start Date, with automatic renewal for subsequent months, unless cancelled with notification of 15 days in advance of the next billing date.   If cancelled prior to the initial contract term, an early termination fee of $100 may apply.  After the initial contract term, the membership can be cancelled, without penalty.  Memberships must be cancelled in-store or via email at customerservice@hitexturehair.com. To cancel your membership, please send your name, phone, email and the date you'd like to cancel to customerservice@hitexturehair.com.

Unused services and discounts do not "rollover" month to month and have no cash value. Any unused services must be redeemed within 90 days of membership cancellation or they will expire forever. Member is not entitled to redeem unused services or discounts for cash or store credit and Member is not entitled to a refund for any unused services or discounts at any time during membership or upon cancelation.

Agreement to pay Recurring Payments:

The membership fees will recur monthly until cancelled by the Member. Each Member agrees and understands that the Member's credit card will automatically be charged the applicable monthly fee. It is each Member's responsibility to keep Hi Texture Salon informed of accurate billing information.  The member will be notified if the credit card payment fails to authorize for any reason, and a $25 late fee will apply if a valid credit card is not updated within 10 calendar days of the original rejection date.  A new form must be completed for any changes in billing information. The monthly fee will be charged automatically and approximately on the same day of the month that the original purchase was made.

If Hi Texture Salon terminates TextureChic or a Member's membership in TextureChic, the Member's credit card will not be charged for the next billing period and the terms applicable to canceled memberships will apply.
